Lucy designed this show home garden for an exclusive 5 property, gated development in Walsall for Banner Homes.
The clean lines compliment the contemporary 5 bedroom house and provide lovely views from the master bedroom balcony. The patio nearest the house is framed by a raised bed containing culinary herbs, the wall continues to follow the curve of the patio, providing extra seating when entertaining. The path leads you through the garden to the second patio surrounded by mature trees, a perfect spot for the new owners to locate a hot tub or summerhouse. | ![]() |
Planting was designed to provide texture and movement using several grasses. Herbaceous plants add a flash of colour and trees along the boundaries provide further privacy and height.

The stone water feature provides a stunning focal point and sets the tone for these beautiful homes. Indian stone paving compliments the water feature and adds its own wow factor with plant fossils visible in the stone. The spiral trees were designed to introduce focal points and balance to the garden while the grasses, bamboos and phormiums add structure and drama. Visitors to the showhomes are guided past colourful planting for year round interest and will enjoy several textures present in these front gardens.
Lucy designed the rear gardens with curved lawns and planting for year round colour and interest with a variety of interesting foliage plants and feature trees.
