This rental property required a simple low maintenance design to tie in with the recently renovated property.  The interior was renovated to a high standard using greys and neutral tones so Lucy used this theme for the exterior space.

Light grey granite paving provides a hard wearing patio area and the fences were painted a dark grey.  Evergreen climbers contrast well with the fencing and pleached trees offer privacy in this Old Town location.

Boxed hedging frames the base of the pleached trees and will provide year round structure and colour.  Alliums pop up in the Spring to add some colour.

Contemporary slatted trellis was added to the top of the existing fencing for privacy and security.

This compact courtyard enhances the living space of this property and will no doubt help it's rental value.
