COOL COURTYARD

Lucy designed a fresh new space for a young couple and their two year old son. The courtyard was a dull unloved space so Lucy brightened it up with white rendered raised beds full of colour and texture. These hugged the built in 'day bed' bench. The hardwood deck off the lounge extended their living space and made both the interior and exterior of their home feel bigger. Lucy enjoys creating gardens which have more than one 'room' to enjoy and even in this small space she achieved two 'rooms' or zones.
The marble sphere water feature adds another element to the space and is completely safe for their young son to be around.
